2021 Sauvignon Blanc (Monterey County)

2017 Chardonnay (Central Coast)
Our 2017 Chardonnay is what we call “a breath of fresh air”. This wine is made in stainless steel tanks, giving it a silky and smooth combination of tropical fruits. It begins with the aromas of pineapple, guava, and kiwi on the nose, but as you move towards the palate it finishes with a light and crisp flavor of apple and honeydew.

2017 Reserve Chardonnay (Central Coast)
Our 2017 Chardonnay Reserve is made in a mix of American and French oak. This creates a well-balanced structure of acidity and creaminess. Mixed with air, this wine exhibits inviting aromas and flavors of lemongrass, butterscotch, and melon. The oak presence delivers a nice extended finish with the of vanilla and caramel flavors.

2018 Chardonnay (San Benito County)

This crisp Chardonnay will greet you with the aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and pineapple. On the palate you’ll get some honeydew melon, kiwi guava, and a hint of mango

2018 Reserve Chardonnay (San Benito County)
This Chardonnay Reserve Mirrors our 2017 due to its delicious balance of acidity and creaminess. The inviting aromas of sweet cantaloupe combines well with the captivating presence of cake better and sweet cream. To the palate, this wine attacks you with flavors of honeydew melon, toffee and butterscotch. A great wine to cool off on a warm day.

2017 Pinot Noir Reserve (Central Coast)
Our delicious 2017 Pinot Noir reveals an attractive ruby red color and full body. With pronounced aromas of sweet tobacco, black cherry, and baking spices that elegantly frame its bold flavors. Subtle earth notes of forest floor, cinnamon spice, and ripened cranberries makes this wine unique and in a class of its own.

2018 Pinot Noir Reserve (San Benito County)

This 2018 pinot will greet you with Christmas cherries, strawberry, sweet tobacco, and notes of soil. on the tongue you’ll get dark chocolate mixed with light backing spices.

2017 Zinfandel (Santa Clara)
Our 2017 Zinfandel elegantly displays intense and fruit forward aromas of raspberry, boysenberry, blackberry, blueberry with hints of plum. Followed by notes of chocolate, baking spices, and a zesty hint of cinnamon frames a light body that’s pleasing and makes it easy to drink.

2018 Zinfandel (San Benito County)
Blackberry fruit roll-up, is the first thing that comes to mind when drinking this unique Zinfandel. Delicious and inviting, this wine captivates the distinct flavors and aromas of prominent fruits and earthiness. On the nose extended flavors of blackberry and blueberry smoothly transition into the calming scent of forest floor. Finishing with the charming balance of caramel, milk chocolate, cranberry and strawberry.

2017 Merlot (Santa Clara)
Our Merlot reminds us as to why we long for the comfort of this varietal. Merlots are known for their soft and approachable style, which is what we envisioned for this wine to embody. On the nose you experience the explosive fruit fusion of black and blue fruits, that pair nicely with the notes of vanilla and lavender. The flavors then deepen with complexity and showcase blackberry jam and salted caramel. Finishing with the subtle hints of baking spice leaving you with a tasteful bit at the end. Finishing with the charming balance of caramel, milk chocolate, cranberry and strawberry.

2018 Merlot (Santa Clara)
This wine is eloquently complex and blends a wide range of aromas and flavors that keep you wanting more. Our 2018 Merlot has an intriguing bouquet of herbs, dark fruits and mint that extends nicely into a prominent finish of black licorice, chili pepper and red beat. On the palate you are gifted with the warming sensation of blackberry jam, milk chocolate, salted caramel and baking spice. Different then the rest of our Merlots, this wine is a delicious treat meant to be shared.

2015 Syrah (Kingsburg, Central )
Our 2015 Syrah delivers a well-structured balance of subtle earth notes and allspice. This wine captivates the aromas of milk chocolate, tobacco pipe, potting soil and peppercorn. With immediate tannins, large yet supple. Once on the palate, this Syrah exemplifies spicy flavors that smooth into a delightful finish.

2016 Syrah (San Joaquin Valley)
This Syrah in comparison to the 2015, is softer and sweeter in tannins. On the nose, the 2016 Syrah offers aromas of dark chocolate, strawberry, and baking spices. Smooth on the palate, the flavors are beautifully constructed combining both milk and dark chocolate, ending with a delightful finish of black cherry.

2015 Bettencourt (California)
Our Bettencourt is evenly blended with 50% Zinfandel and 50% Syrah. This wine was crafted as a homage to John’s Grandfather, Eugene Bettencourt. John credits his grandfather for contributing to his passion for wine. On the nose you will find aromas of dark fruits and slight earthy components, that blend nicely together but stay true to their aromas. Upon taste this wine delivers strong flavors of strawberry, raspberry and cherry.

2018 Bettencourt (California)
The 2018 Bettencourt is a crowd favorite and within reason. Beginning with an angelic blend of rich aromas and flavors, leaves you wanting more. This wine captivates the aromas of dark fruit, black licorice, passionfruit and hints of oak that smooth nicely into an extended finish. On the palate, plum, nectarine, and sweet dark chocolate combine to deliver a well balanced and smooth wine.

2017 Meritage Reserve (Santa Clara)
Our 2017 Meritage is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot and 25% Malbec. Aged 2 ½ years in New American and European Oak, this wine delivers aromas of toffee, plum, and dried strawberries. On the palate you will enjoy its elegant structure of medium bodied tannins followed by a silky-smooth combination of vanilla, milk chocolate and subtle hints of licorice and earthiness.

2018 Meritage Reserve (Santa Clara)
Our 2018 Meritage begins with the generous aromas of black plum, hints of toffee, licorice, and boysenberry maple syrup that jump out of your glass. Moving from the front to the back of your palate this jammy blend delivers flavors of herbs, peppercorn, soil, cocoa, milk chocolate and dark fruit.  After aeration, the blend of flavors combines to leave you with an exciting finish.

2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve (Sonoma)
Our 2015 Reserve Cabernet begins with a burst of red fruit aromas that are well balanced and inviting. Stored in oak barrels, gives this wine a long and silky extended finish with hints of caramel and vanilla. On the palate you move from red to dark fruits, predominantly blackberry, plum, and blueberry. Earthy but still fruit forward this wine is delicious for two.

 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon (Santa Clara)
Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant and explosive in flavor. Beginning with the aromas of plum, black cherry and blueberry, quickly combines smooth fruits with exotic flavors. On the palate the notes move from a fruit fusion to the warmth of vanilla, black pepper and sweet tobacco.

Our 2017 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is well-rounded with the aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, black currant and violet. To the palate this well-crafted vintage begins with the combination of both black and blue fruits with subtle hints of light spice, creating a beautifully balanced wine that pairs well with any cuisine.
